Based on the virus detections and stuff, no, these executables and stuff aren’t malware AFAIK. Also giving a wrongly cropped screenshot is not gonna help, but since anti-viruses are classed by triggering, if else in a alphabetic order, we can see the “A” brand names, concluding honestly there must be not enough antiviruses to classify this as harmful.

Bro, the troyan shown has the capability of stealing any and all usernames and passwords you type, from there they can access your bank accounts / social media accounts, possibly encrypt your files on all drives. Possibly use your computer to send out and encrypt any other machines on your network.
